welding symbols are used on welding machine operation for welder who should master the welidng symbols which are used on a drawing to specify where weld are to be located.

the welding symbols consists of an arrow line ,a tail and a reference line which has different meanings for for describing the type of weld, its size, and other processing and finishing information.

the arrow line connects the reference line to joint or area to be welded.The tail of the welding symbol is used only when necessary to include a specification, process, or other reference information. the direction of arrow is a signficance of reference line.All things are interrelated and interact with each other.

Reference Line must always be horizontal, Arrow points to the line or lines on drawing which clearly identify the proposed joint or weld area,and arrow connects reference line to arrow side member of joint or arrow side of joint.

the basic assembly line consists of conveyor line.it is easy to make it very very achievable which carries the production through a stations reaching the end.the complex consists of feeder line to carry the production,along with the other equipment ,for example cars.

best welding tips

welder can have trouble about thicker metal or thin metal how to weld.General the thicker metal use a large wire,ever a large machine,the smaller wire and the lower amperage welding machine for the thinner metal.

the size of wire has different size for welding machine,for auto body sheet metal,the  115V mig welders are great to run .023 wire.and then the .035 bare wire has been used which cant get a best production.because the best setup is.023 bare wire with argon or co2 gas.for the .035 dont fit the thin metal.Personally, I have never had an issue with getting hot enough with .035 wire which will just make more spatter and will generally look like Fido's ass.

the thickness of metal is different,the methods is different.for thick steel or stainless, welder figure stick that could probably stick weld one inch plate with 200 amps, use 5/32 inch rod, just use multiple passes.

the thicker or thin metal are  welded ,the amps is a important factor,how to control the amps.because the strength of amps can affect the welding thickness.the large wire weld OK until welder can get to an area where the mig welding gun change.

accidents  frequently  occur  in  welding  operations, so welder should take proper precautions to avoid the things.in many instances,the safety precaution is important for welding machine operation,the accidents often occur because of a lack of protective equipment and safety consciousness.

the equipment should be familiar for welder,a variety of specialized clothing and equipment is available for safety precaution.

1.Face shields

Face  shields  should  be  used  when  there  is  a  potential  for splashing, spattering or spraying of chemicals or solutions to the face. you can see the thing when welder start weld the steel.face shield can protect welder body to aviod face harm.

2.Safety glasses and goggles

The bright light can damage the eye,so welder should wear safety glasses and goggles for eyes healthy.Safety  glasses  must  comply  with  the standard set by the National Standards Institute. Eye protection should be worn when · making solutions · distributing solutions from one container to another · changing solutions on equipment.

3.Gloves and Masks

To avoid permeation,it is important to wear the right glove for proper protection.The welder knows how important protective welding clothing is which is why we've weared welding gloves to protect hands.masks should be worn when weighing out powders.for the mask protects against organic solvent fumes.

4.welding coats and sleeves

the coats can be wear when welder operates the welding to prevent contact with dirt and minor chemical splashes.sleeves are disposable garments worn to protect the arms.
